On Tuesday, September 2024, 09.30 AM – 03.00 PM, a information day will take place in the “GEORGE PAVLIDIS” meeting room of the Regional Unit of Rhodope (Administrative Building) on the 1st floor, Democracy Avenue 1, Komotini, as part of the flagship initiative Resilience, inclusion, and development: Towards a fair, green and digital transition of the Greek regions – JustReDI and the European Innovation Hub for Digital Governance digiGOV-innoHub.
Participants will have the opportunity, among other things, to:
- learn about the benefits of participating in an ecosystem of stakeholders from Greek public administration and businesses,
- express their needs in round-table discussions and in collaboration with technical advisors from the Hub,
- present the technological solutions offered in the field of digital transformation,
- gather ideas for projects aimed at enhancing their efficiency and improving the quality of the services they provide,
- participate in a community of practice for the green and digital transition of the public sector by setting their priorities.
Specifically, during the working meeting, the European Innovation Hub for Digital Governance will be presented, along with the effort to create an ecosystem of digital and green transformation stakeholders to foster innovation and achieve the digital transition of Public Administration.
Following this, round-table discussions will be organized, where the needs of Public Administration for new smart services will be recorded, and existing or emerging technological solutions offered by businesses active in the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace region will be explored.
At the same time, a meeting of a community of practice for the green and digital transition will take place, aiming to identify priorities and potential policy proposals arising from the community’s operation.
